Create and secure your account
Sign up for Apantio AI with an email and password, then update your business name, email address, or password any time from account settings.
Your Apantio AI account gives you access to the dashboard and its business workspaces. This guide covers signup, login, email changes, and password changes.
Creating an account

Open the Apantio AI sign-up page. You can reach it from the homepage by clicking Try for free, or by navigating directly to the sign-up URL.
Enter your email and password
Provide the email address you want to use for your account and choose a password.
Use a strong, unique password. Apantio AI enforces a minimum password length and complexity requirement.
Submit the form
Click Sign up. Apantio AI creates the account and opens the business onboarding flow.
See the Get started guide for a full walkthrough of onboarding.
Logging in
Go to the Apantio AI login page and enter your email and password. If you forget your password, click Forgot password. Apantio AI emails a reset link that opens the password form.
Changing your account settings
After signing in, go to Settings > Account. You can update your business name, email address, and password from that page.
Business name
Your business name appears in your dashboard and is used by the AI receptionist when it greets callers (unless you override the greeting with custom text).
1. In Settings > Account, find the Business name field. 2. Edit the name and click Save.
The change takes effect immediately.
Email address
Changing your email address requires confirmation.
1. In Settings > Account, find the Email field. 2. Enter your new email address and click Save. 3. Apantio AI sends a confirmation email to the new address. Open it and click the confirmation link. 4. Your email address is updated once you confirm.
Until you click the link in the confirmation email, your account continues to use your original email address. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Password
1. In Settings > Account, find the Password section. 2. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. 3. Click Save.
Your current session remains active after a password change. Review account security for the current account workflow.
