Manage workspace settings

The Settings area contains workspace controls, account credentials, notifications, phone-number settings, usage, billing, and appearance preferences.

• Usage: Track hosted voice minutes, SMS segments, outbound calls, knowledge base, and plan limits.

• Billing: Review plan options, upgrades, subscription actions, and spending caps.

• Team: Invite members and control workspace access.

• Notifications: Choose which events send email or SMS alerts.

• Phone number: Review or replace the business phone number.

• Website widget: Configure widget keys, chat presentation, lead capture, and website access.

• Account security: Change your email address or password.

Settings pages

Update account details

Open Settings

In the dashboard sidebar, go to Manage > Settings.

Choose a settings page

Select the page for the workspace or account setting you need.

Make your change

Update the field or action you need. Some changes, such as email updates, require confirmation.
