Manage your business phone number

The Settings > Phone number page shows the number callers use to reach your receptionist. Starter and Pro workspaces can claim a dedicated number.

Review the active number

Use this page to confirm the number assigned to the active business. Configure the greeting, transfer destination, and caller behavior under AI settings.

Replace a number

Eligible workspaces can replace their number once:

Open Phone number

Go to Settings > Phone number.

Search for a number

Choose a country and area code, then review the available local numbers.

Confirm the replacement

Select a number and confirm the change. Update any forwarding rules, website links, and printed material that use the previous number.

Number replacement affects live callers. Confirm the new number before publishing it or changing external forwarding rules.

Free workspaces use dashboard test calls and do not retain a dedicated public number. Review plans and billing before changing plans.
